你是老闆，覺得員工不如預期來得努力，這時你就得激勵他們，他們才會加強表現。或許你可以用像Coming to America（來去美國）中Maurice（路易安德森飾）激勵自己的方式來激勵員工：Pretty soon I’ll make assistant manager, and that’s when the big bucks start rolling in.
